I always use scent booster beads and dryer sheets with my laundry detergent that I will either buy brand names, generics, or the dollar store versions of. I will alternate between pod, liquid, and powder detergents, and when I don’t buy big box brand names with coupons, I buy dollar tree brands, natural brands from TJ Maxx marked down, or generics. (I do not have a baby or children, but I really like the baby powder scents of Dreft and baby Purex, although the Dreft detergent has recently changed its scent to be more floral, but still smells good and the scent booster still smells like baby powder, I also collect dolls and love to wash my doll clothes and the bedding for the antique crib I display them in my bedroom in in it). My favorite Gain scents are Moonlight Breeze and Island Fresh, and my favorite Purex scents are baby and Natural Elements. I’m incredibly fond of Gain, Purex, Dreft, and Nellie’s however. I recently did a big shop at my local grocery store because I had a bunch of coupons and ended up with 2 bottles of liquid laundry detergent (Gain and Dreft), 2 bags of pods (Gain Flings and Tide Simply), 2 scent boosters (Gain Fireworks and Downy Unstoppables Infusions in Bliss Rose and Amber), and a box of Bounce dryer sheets all for less than $40, plus I then bought my favorite natural powder detergent marked down at TJ Maxx because my local one reopened (Nellie’s Laundry Soda). I don’t buy the same laundry detergent all the time, I usually buy whatever laundry detergent I feel like buying at the time and is a reasonable price, and I often buy multiple laundry products at once to stock up.
